Standard Business Central does a lot. Sometimes your team needs one more rule, one more field or one more approval. AppoGen designs that extension with you before anything is built.
The problem
Some needs are specific to how you work. A stop on an order. A second approval. A nightly reminder. Standard features may not cover them, and a packaged marketplace app may not fit. A general-purpose AI coding assistant can write code, but generating code is only one part of building a reliable extension.
How an extension helps
An extension adds a feature to Business Central without changing the standard product. It can add a field, a rule, an approval step, a report or a link to another system. It can be added, updated and removed on its own. We do not change the standard product, and we do not build anything that bypasses its security or licensing.
How AppoGen handles the request
You describe the need in plain words. No technical knowledge is needed.
We write it down as a requirements document. You read it, correct it and approve it.
We check standard Business Central first, and say what is already supported and what needs extending.
You review a storyboard with illustrated scenes and an illustrative screen preview. Click any scene to comment. Nothing is built until you approve one.
You get a quote worked out by fixed rules from the size of the approved design. You pay nothing for the build until you accept it.
We build, test and review. The build follows our written coding standards. It is tested against the acceptance criteria in your approved design, and is reviewed by a separate AI reviewer that did not write it.
We install it in your sandbox first, and in production once you accept.
What you receive
A requirements document, a functional document in plain language, an HTML5 training manual, and the installed extension. Business Dynamics Pro keeps the intellectual property. You receive a licence to use the extension in the environments you name.
An example
Suppose a team wants customer notes to appear on every sales order. The design would add a list of notes per customer and show them when an order is opened. It is a simple job, with one new kind of record and one changed screen. This is an illustration, not a delivered app.

Will it change standard Business Central?
No. An extension adds to the standard product without changing it.
What does it cost?
The build price comes from the size of the approved design. Simple extensions usually cost USD 2,000 to 5,000, standard ones USD 5,000 to 12,000 and advanced ones USD 12,000 to 20,000 Above USD 20,000, we prepare a custom quote.
How do I pay?
You pay in two equal parts: 50 % to start the build and 50 % before installation.
Do you use my live data?
No. We design and test with the CRONUS sample company, never your live records.
What if the request is too big?
For very large requests we prepare a custom quote, or tell you honestly that another route is better.
